Privacy

Data and purposes

Form data (name, company, email, phone and message) is used to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Browsing data (IP address, identifiers, device, pages, interactions and visit source) is used to measure site use and improve content and campaigns.

Legal basis

Enquiries are processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Non-essential analytics require consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Spanish LSSI Article 22(2)).

Recipients

Hosting, form delivery and analytics providers needed to supply these services may access the data, as may authorities where legally required. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards in GDPR Chapter V must apply; information and a copy may be requested from the controller by email.

Retention

Enquiries are kept while being handled and for applicable liability periods. Usage data and lead content in the statistics module are kept for up to 395 days; IP address and browser user agent for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@cadt.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority (aepd.es).

Required form fields are needed to handle your enquiry; without them we cannot respond.

Storage and statistics

Non-essential browser storage for analytics requires prior, freely given and informed acceptance. Persistent identifiers and the measurement preference remain until removed or browser data is erased; session identifiers and attribution last until the browser session ends. You can reject measurement and change your choice using the footer control.
